PicSeeds ("we", "us") lets account owners monitor multiple Threads brands and keywords with one shared brand persona. When a connected brand selected for monitoring is @-mentioned on Threads, PicSeeds can use an AI model to compose a reply in the account's configured voice and post it to the thread on the brand's behalf. The account owner can review all activity in the PicSeeds console and may optionally receive LINE or WhatsApp notifications. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Data We Collect

• Threads account data (via Meta OAuth): the user ID, username, and access token for each Threads brand you authorize.
• Recent account content for persona setup: when a PicSeeds account is first created, we may temporarily process up to 10 of the authorized brand's own recent replies or posts to generate an initial shared brand persona. We store the generated persona, not those historical samples.
• Mention data: the content, author, timestamp, and permalink of public Threads posts or replies that @-mention your connected account.
• Keyword monitoring data: the keywords you choose and public Threads posts returned for those keywords.
• Settings you provide: an optional LINE user ID or WhatsApp phone number for notifications, and the shared brand persona used to compose replies. Only one notification channel is active per PicSeeds account.
• Approximate location: a two-letter country code inferred by Cloudflare from your IP address when your account is first created. If unavailable, we store US.

We never collect your Threads password, and we only access data within the permission scopes you grant.

2. How We Use Data

• Detect and display posts that @-mention the connected brands you select for monitoring.
• Monitor the keywords you configure and show matching public Threads posts.
• Generate an initial shared persona from up to 10 of the first authorized brand's recent replies or posts.
• Compose replies with the configured AI model based on your brand persona and the mention's context, and post them to Threads on your behalf under the authorization you granted.
• Optionally notify you via LINE or WhatsApp about mentions and reply activity.
• Store your signup country for regional defaults and service configuration. We do not continuously update or track your location.

3. How We Share Data

• Meta / Threads: we read mentions and publish replies through the official Threads API.
• Meta WhatsApp: notifications are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
• LINE: notifications are delivered through the LINE Messaging API when you choose to connect LINE.
• Apify: configured keywords are processed through Apify to locate matching public Threads content.
• AI model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or OpenRouter): when composing a reply, the relevant post content and your brand persona are sent only to the currently configured provider to generate the reply text. When OpenRouter is selected, OpenRouter routes the request to the upstream provider of the selected model.
• Endpoints you configure: if you turn on a webhook, we send the mentions and keyword posts described above to the URL you provide, signed with a secret shared only between you and us. What happens to the data there is governed by our Developer Terms.
• Cloudflare: user-facing traffic may pass through Cloudflare for network delivery and country-level IP geolocation.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain a Brand's access token while that Brand remains in your authorized Brand Pool, including when mention monitoring is turned off, so you can select it again later. Disconnecting a Brand from the Pool deletes its token, identity mapping, and monitoring data. Deleting the PicSeeds account removes its connected Brands, settings, credits, notifications, identity mappings, and stored activity. You may also revoke access in Threads / Meta settings or email us to request deletion.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect stored tokens and data. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
